It is a totally holistic approach that looks at the present and sets goals for a successful future.
Mentorship is a centred on the personal development relationship, allowing an individual with less experienced or knowledge to work with someone who has a greater level experience and knowledge to enable them to evolve. It is about an ongoing relationship of learning, dialogue, and challenge, which is organic is the process.
